Item may be delivered later than quoted. One Beautiful Gustavesberg Saxon Flower Dinner plate. This China is at least 50 years old, perhaps older. This is a rare pattern for Gustavsberg and should coordinate well with other manufacturers of Saxon flower. The white plate has a scalloped handpainted gilt rim and is adorned with lovely, colorful flowers. No two pieces of this pattern are exactly alike. There is a large center floral bouquet surrounded by smaller floral sprigs. The artist was given liberty to choose both the combination of flowers as well as the color pallet for each flower. The end result is each individual piece in this pattern is a unique one of a kind. Select which floral pattern you would like by using the drop down box. It is approx. 9-1/8" across. Marked on the bottom with the Gustavsberg back stamp. These have been gently used and are in overall fabulous condition. Some do have some very minor flaws here and there hem being hand painted, manufacturing process and used. Evidence of use is mainly seen on the gold rim, but there are some very minor scratches and paint loss elsewhere too.
